About Dr. med. univ. Roberto Melone
Dr. med. univ. Roberto Melone studied medicine and surgery at the University of Pavia, graduating in 1996. He subsequently specialized in plastic, reconstructive, and aesthetic surgery at the Faculdade de Medicina de São José do Rio Preto (FAMERP), São Paulo, Brazil, under the guidance of Prof. A.R. Bozola.
He additionally completed a course in orbito-palpebral surgery at Santa Casa da Misericórdia Hospital in Rio de Janeiro, as well as further training at the Departamento de Cirurgia Plástica of the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro and at the Instituto de Pós-Graduação Médica Carlos Chagas under Prof. Ivo Pitanguy.
Surgical Focus Areas
At the UGRS Center Darmstadt, his focus is on surgical penile enlargement – both lengthening and girth enhancement – including through the use of lipofilling techniques (autologous fat transfer), which he has scientifically investigated and further developed together with Prof. Alessandro Littara.
Beyond this, his regular practice in Italy covers the full spectrum of plastic, reconstructive, and aesthetic surgery, including rhinoplasty, breast surgery, body contouring, and facial rejuvenation.

Dr. Melone is a UGRS member and performs surgical penile enlargement procedures at the UGRS Center Darmstadt. In addition, he regularly practices at the following locations in Italy:

Dr. Melone is a regular speaker at national and international professional congresses on plastic surgery and genital surgery, including the 1st International Congress on Genital Surgery & Aesthetics (ARPLEG) 2011, presenting on lipostructuring of the labia majora and pubic region, as well as the 61st National Congress of SICPRE in 2011.
