Time for What Matters: Health Needs Attention
In a time when so much has to happen quickly, it's all the more important to consciously take your time – especially when it comes to your own health. That's why the UGRS team focuses clearly on two things: comprehensive consultation and a calm, trustworthy atmosphere.
Many patients feel overwhelmed or unsure in their hectic everyday lives when it comes to medical decisions. That's why the UGRS team takes plenty of time for conversations. We listen attentively, explain things in an understandable way, and respond to individual needs. Because only those who feel well informed and understood can make confident decisions about their own health.
The Power to Decide: The Patient Determines the Path
A particularly important aspect of this is the patient's freedom to decide – especially for major procedures such as surgery. It is not the UGRS team that decides whether an operation is performed, but the patient. The team presents the pros and cons transparently, explains all options, and offers guidance – but the final decision always rests with the patient. This respectful approach creates clarity and strengthens trust.
This does not mean, however, that we carry out a medical treatment simply because a patient wishes it, if there is no medical justification for doing so. Rather, it means that we do not pressure or talk a patient into a medically sensible treatment.
Trust Through Calm and Experience
The calm environment at the practice helps put worries aside and focus fully on the conversation. No rush, no time pressure – instead, open and honest guidance on equal footing. This approach is especially important to the UGRS team and is highly valued by patients.
The UGRS team is convinced: good medicine takes time, trust, and an open ear. Years of experience and extensive expertise go into every conversation – always with the goal of providing the best possible care.
Anyone who receives guidance from the UGRS team quickly notices: this isn't just about illnesses, but about the whole person. And that's exactly what makes the difference.
