Yes. Penis enlargement and a penile implant can be combined – but not without specific expertise. Without a targeted stabilisation technique, the penis would become unstable when the implant is activated after a penis enlargement.
UGRS identified this problem and developed a special technique to stabilise the base of the penis for implant placement. This makes us one of only a few providers worldwide able to perform this combination safely.
Who Is This Combination Relevant For?

The Correct Sequence – Mandatory
- Step 1: Penis enlargement surgery
- Wait for complete healing – at least 6 months
- Step 2: Implantation of the penile prosthesis
The tissue from the penis enlargement must be fully healed and stable before the implant can be inserted.
What the UGRS Stabilisation Technique Achieves
