What does science say? There have historically been very few studies and publications on this topic. Possible dissatisfaction on the part of women with their partner's penis size has apparently been denied.

Nor has anyone pursued the question of why an erect penis becomes larger and not simply hard. Size must therefore inevitably play a role.

Which Current Studies Confirm the Importance of Penis Size?

Studies confirm that penis size plays a role for women when choosing a partner^[61][62]. A study by California State University and the University of California, which evaluated a survey of around 52,000 men and women in relationships, confirms an overall satisfaction rate of 84% among women with their partner's penis size, but also reports that 14% of women would wish for a larger penis from their partner^[63].

Why Is 14% of Dissatisfied Women a Significant Number?

14% may sound like a small number at first, but in truth it is a great deal, which makes the topic of penis size very important for women and their sexual satisfaction. After all, 14% means more than 8 million women in the USA alone, and more than 12 million women in Europe. A penis enlargement could increase satisfaction.

How Important Is Penis Size Compared to Other Physical Wishes?

This 14% is also almost as much as the 20% of men who would wish for larger breasts in their partners^[64].

This means that the topic of penis size is much more important to women than has been assumed socially so far – even though they have not, until now, demanded a penis enlargement from their partner quite so openly.

Why Is Female Sexual Dissatisfaction Not Addressed in Society?

Has emancipation in sexuality been fully achieved? If penis size is evidently important for reproduction and sexual experience, why is it not discussed more openly in society that the significant number of 14% of women do not experience sufficient sexual satisfaction from their partner's penis and would, in principle, wish for a penis enlargement in their partner? It appears to be because female sexuality is still suppressed by men^[69][71][71].

It was already demonstrated in 1991 that sexual satisfaction and contentment in a woman's life increase significantly when she dares to express and assert her personal wishes^[72].

Emancipation has still not been fully achieved to this day.

What Should Society and Science Do?

Society and science should make further efforts to advance equality for women in sexual matters as well.

Since the penis is a mechanical instrument for achieving pleasure, an emancipated woman, in our view, is entitled to express dissatisfaction with her partner's penis as well. A penis enlargement can improve the mechanical effect.
