Why These Two Doctors
Prof. Littara is one of the pioneers of modern surgical penis lengthening: his first work in this field dates back to the early 1990s, and together with Jörn Ege Siana he decisively advanced the surgical technique in the late 1990s. He is named by name in the current EAU guidelines on sexual and reproductive health in connection with surgical penis enlargement. Dr. Melone, who specialises in Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery, has been operating and researching alongside him for years and performs penis lengthening at UGRS Center Darmstadt according to the same principles.
